Worst sim and worst app in kuwait 20 June 24. Without customer knowledge they activate some packages and now again i want to recharge 5kd main balance. And yhen the customer care services taking more than 10mins waiting. Apps also not working properly. Better go for Zain Sim this is what i wish to do...

Your customer service is either useless or unprofessional. How come that I contacted them a thousand times via whatsapp to resolve an issue with stc tv subscription but in vain.

Worst app, keep logout, entering correct password, it shows wrong password, entering otp, it shows wrong otp. Utter waste app, we are living in technology world, but stc can't even maintain a single app for it customers. Bad management. Sorry to say.
