About this app

Squeezy has been designed by chartered physiotherapists specialising in Men's Health working in the NHS.

It is suitable for all men who want to do pelvic floor muscle exercises (also known as Kegel exercises).

Having pelvic floor muscles that are working well may help prevent problems such as premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence.

The app is particularly aimed at men who are seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems connected to their bladder, bowels or pelvic floor muscles, as it can be tailored to a specific exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your exercises.

It is simple to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme plus it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed.

Features:
•Customisable exercise plan
•"Professional mode" to help physiotherapists set detailed exercise plans for patients
•Visual, and audio prompts for exercises
•Information and tips written by professional Men's Health physiotherapists
•Track and monitor your progress
•Write a short note after a completed exercise
•Bladder diary to keep track of your symptoms, if required
•Simple and clear interface

The app is UKCA marked as Class I medical device in the United Kingdom and developed in compliance with Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (SI 2002 No 618, as amended).

The app is great for reminding and doing the pelvic floor exercises, but it's limited to only the Kegel exercises and not any other types. The reminders don't happen at the set times unless you are using your phone at the moment. Sometimes the reminder dings _while_ you are actually doing the exercises! But I'm grateful for the reminders and timers nonetheless!

I really like it and don't agree with a lot of the negative comments in the play store. The only improvement I'd suggest is to play a different tone at the end of a session so you don't have to keep visually checking. Otherwise very handy app to have (and I managed to get it for £1.50 as the Play Store were offering a 50% discount) and great value.

App is fine, very basic. Can't recommend paying £3 for it... Read the free information on the NHS website, set reminders and use the stopwatch already on your phone - you don't need an app! Questionable whether NHS should be actively recommending this.

Hi Dave When given more complex exercises for example from a pelvic health physiotherapist a user can enable professional mode to make more detailed settings available. Our app tries to make pelvic floor exercises more accessible to all as well as some extra features for those who need them. Kind regards Support.
