Pls be careful all the time using this app while transferring funds from your bank especially if u don't have extra funds in bank as they hold ur money in their wallets n gets stuck for days even after cancelling transaction keep holding our amount leading to extra deficit in main balance . I had to loose 45$ because of their mistake .just in 24 hours of a failed transaction which was initiated days ago. When I asked them to compensate giving some b's advice to contact bank for waive off

Sending money back home is never this easy and convenient and super quick, all done in the comfort of your home. It is very useful for me as I live in Canada and during winter season or even fall and spring, weather can still be harsh and cold, thus a hinder in going outside to send money using the retail store. I am so glad and grateful for this app!

I wish I had an option for 0 star. I tried the mobile top so feature for Indian Airtel Number but to my disappointment the money was debited, transaction was reflected as failed on their app and most shocking the number to which I had to send a topup was changed in the receipt I received. Totally disappointed. Earlier by their money transfer feature where I had to remind them that they had my money and it had to be transfered same day. Now they don't have any clue of the transaction
