This app will not pair with my new Samsung Ultra 24. One star becaues Bluetooth recognizes them, but will not pair. This app didn't work well on my Samsung note9, but did occasionally connect to the hearing aids. Used to work really well. What's the deal!! Trying to get me to by new hearing aids I don't need?!

Won't pair. Would you please put the original app back to install. Especially with all the complaints. It's really annoying not being able to adjust bass and treble to be able to understand better. Removed the Otter Box case from my old S-5 and it paired but still will not on my S-9 trying the same thing. Finally got paired after turning on location. THANKS!

I am using this app on a Samsung S8 and it pairs well with my Linx2 hearing aids. But the "About the App" says its functionality is supposed to provide "notification of battery and connection status." I cannot find where it provides any clue about the battery status. Anyone else find this? I don't dare wish for streaming audio if this basic feature is missing.

Hi Patricia, If you navigate to the menu in upper right corner you should see a button called connection, if you press this button you will see the connection status, and if one of your hearing aids has low battery you will get a warning in here as well. Please let us know if you have other questions or issues with the app. br app support
