🔺 Track your delivery in real time

Don't worry about missing the courier when you go to the store! The SAMEDAY App will notify you a maximum of 2 hours before the delivery to your address, and with the help of the application you can access the interactive map to see how many stops there are until you.

🔺 Pay the refund with the card in the application

If you prefer to pay for parcels cash on delivery, you no longer need to be ready with cash when the courier arrives at the delivery address. You can pay online, directly in the application, from the moment the package is delivered to the courier.

🔺 Redirect the order for delivery to any easybox
When your parcels with delivery to the address, but eligible for loading in easybox, are being delivered to a courier, you can forward them to any of the 4900 easyboxes in Romania.

🔺 Redirect the parcel to another address

If your plans have changed, you can redirect the package to a neighbor or another more convenient address, from the moment your package is delivered to the courier.

🔺 Postpone delivery

No more fear of returns when you're out of town! Postpone the delivery to the address of your choice by up to five days in Bucharest or by up to two days in other locations in Romania, once your package is delivered to the courier.

Ratings and reviews

I had 2 orders in easybox. When I went to pick them up the same day of arrival, I met the courier loading the easybox who told me it was an error and I could't open the door. I went several times during the next 24 hours but could't open the doors. Then, I received a message that I have to redirect the shipments to my address, which I did. Then the status turned to shipment refused. It is being returned to sender. Both payed shipments that I really needed. Samy assistant is a useless joke.

Fine... Mostly. It would be better if we can add a second phone number since most phones are DUALSIM and we can use 2 numbers on the same phone with 1 app, but not all parcels are shown. Also, we should be able to change to a different locker also before the courier is on route - they load the boxes at 6-7 in the morning, should we wake up at 5 to see the options just then to choose another location? Not great. And please make the lockers and FAQ show that over 1000Lei we can't tap and pay!

Useless. Poor experience lately. App seems stuck in its own reality. I have parcels with cycles long time ended still present inside the app as "registered" and some parcels ongoing but missing in the app (but with same credentials) for which i am getting messages and status updates etc. I used to like having everything inside for Sameday (sent, received parcels), but now it behaves like a demo, no connection with reality. No one to talk to, also, to clear things.
