my overall experience with their app and their cars/drivers had been very positive. the reason i continue to use their app for all intra and inter City travel. the one issue i found very weird is that their address identification seems flawed and yet unfixed. the adjacent apartment complex seems to be within Bangalore and mine is outside!

Charges are not transparent, double the amount i had to pay what i signed up for in the pack, not at all acceptable, driver and savaari both were trying to scam charges in any possible way. driver helped in roaming around the tour and timing was punctual. but beware of the hidden charges, they say they include driver accommodation and food in the package but the driver doesn't agree to that, so ultimately you have to pay more because the ride has already started when you get to know about this.

There service is very reliable. They reach 10-15 minutes early than pickup. I am using it from last 3 years and never had any cancellation issues as in ola or uber. Additionally it will be helpful if the app can provide a way to mark the pickup location. Generally we contact the driver and share location on whatsapp. Overall I never had any problems with their service. Thanks for the support
