Edit: My issue was resolved finally, but it took almost 1 month so what's even the point. Many times they even said that I'm the problem and refused to believe that it was their faulty router. Issues such as them automatically marking tickets as resolved without any resolution are prevalent. Idk how the app is rated 4.4 * The app also needs improvement, in the livechat feature the textbox should go up when opening the keyboard else you can never tell what you're typing.

Fastest Broadband failed to resolve an issue reported over 4 months ago. Despite multiple follow-ups, the problem persists, and the only contact I get is about service renewals, not support. Customer service offers the same scripted response, "Your issue has been escalated and will be resolved soon," but nothing changes. While the on-field team is helpful, the desk-based support is unresponsive and disconnected. It's frustrating to see the company prioritize renewals over actual customer issues

I joined for 6 Months, whenever I am supposed to use it, the wifi doesn't work. Within 2 months I have called them more than 10 times and have raised tickets more than 10 times as well. Excitel used to be the best however something has gone wrong with them, they no longer provide good wifi service. Their issue with the connection is more frequent and consistent rather than th wifi data service that they provide. I will change my rating from 1★ to 5★ only if they are able to fix it.
