I love StitchFix. App is easy to use, service is easy to cancel and customer service is great. There are a few stylist that I don't think even read my notes, which can be frustrating. I tend to leave very detailed notes for my fix by requesting specific items I want to try out. The only thing I don't get is when I request a specific item that is in stock, the stylist won't include it in my fix and tells me it's unavailable even though the site/app says it is available.

They look like they know what they are doing.. They are the best option for the price. I didn't get and scription yet but After looking at the options, I'm in for next order. Plus you can cancel whenever you won't, Last thing your are not obligated to purchase everything they send you. You pick & choose what clothes you like. I like it all, reasonable, easy cancel and keep what you like. That's a win win win for everyone.

Tried it twice. Returned everything both times. The stylists don't do a good job following requests. They don't tell you how to style your pieces together. It's too pricey. If you don't keep everything you lose the 25% discount. They should send an extra piece and let you return one item and still get the discount.
