It constantly says that MySubaru is experiencing a problem, please try again. This happens almost every time that I use the app, and it rarely works. Sometimes I will have better luck if I clear app cache and then try to send a remote function request but that is also rare and should not need to happen in order for the app to work. I also sometimes have better luck if I try to unlock or remote start my car from the app shortcut. Please fix this.

Last two updates have taken a serious set back to this app.. Navigation to locate the vehicle used to give an option of Google earth, waze, Lyft, Uber and Google maps. Now it defaults to Google maps with no option to change. If I select driving directions then go to walking directions it defaults to an address 2½ hours away when my vehicle is 100 yards from me. Unacceptable.. and absolutely it's trash now

I've had my ascent and my phone for 2 years and now the updated app no longer works with my phone. Wow. First brake problems in the first two months, then transmission problems, then the service department makes ridiculous assumptions that cost us $1200 in unnecessary service work and now the app no longer works with my phone. Subaru is just not worth the price.
