This app worked great for a while, but with the price increase its a bit too much for the amount of photos I share. I've not been able to change my subscription, there's no option I can find on the app or on website and I am still waiting to hear back from someone at Tinybeans support to help. Thanks for your guidance in figuring this out!

Share without social media! Having our kids faces plastered all over the internet is bot preferable, keeping safety and such in mind. Also, for family members without social media, this app is wonderful for sharing photos and short videos of our kids. I love the option of building a printable photo album. With digital technology the way that it is, we rarely remember to print out any photos, so this is a great way to capture a lot of memories in print.

O4/27/24 I have auto renewal for my family subscription. It's annoying that every year when the subscription renews, important people I've granted access to, (mother/father"), have access removed. If the account is in good standing, renewal s/b is seamless, and users should not be affected. I wasn't even notified of the change, so I could immediately update their access. This practice needs to be changed.
