It sure would be nice if the people who made the app would take a few of the coding courses they offer on the platform. It's crashed 8 times in a matter of hours. It's unacceptable. This app has crashed more times today then several apps I've used over the years have crashed combined. I've reset my phone I've reset the app and it STILL crashes. Would give a negative score if I could.

The courses are good, but the app lacks human support and relies on auto-responses. Videos for the CompTIA A+ prep haven’t loaded for two days, and there’s no way to contact tech support. Cons: 1. Doesn’t remember your login. 2. Fails to track progress accurately. 3. Videos may not load for days, with no support available.

There seems to be a bug with the subtitles. Each time a new lecture starts, there are no subtitles, and the menu says none are available. In order to fix this, I need to exit the course, start a different one, and then return. Now I can turn on the subtitles. Kind of tedious, though.
