They promised that my car was a cabriolet that day but when I tried confirming again with the car rental company a few days before - it was not a cabriolet and they didn't have any available at all. Eventually vroomvroomvroom agreed to cancel the booking as I had the evidence by email and provide a refund for me but it still took me many hours to contact them and argue with them. I wasted half a day having to sort this out which could have been better spent travelling around Melbourne instead.

Comes up with completely different prices and options (much worse) than the exact same search on the website.

Won't let me search, I input LST or Launceston and nothing happens. Only seems till be able to identify my location and nothing or nowhere else. Useless app.
