Wow, comparing this app against most other car renting platforms, I must congratulate the designer(s). It is straight forward, process is smooth and understandable, and quickly enough to know what you need, regarding cost. When drop-off is in a different location, the app automatically adds the additional fees, which is great, but it does not show it. I found this out by talking to a representative at a branch office. (either way, well done). Seeing Debit card options would be great though.

This app is poorly designed. It will let you reserve any car at any location regardless of whether that car is actually available. Recently, I used the app to reserve a car, it let me choose any car from the full list of options, but a few hours later a representative from my local Enterprise location called to say that they didn't have ANY cars to rent me for the next 3 days! There is no reason to use the app instead of just calling them. The reps know what's available, the app doesn't.

After shopping it around, I'm so glad I paid more, and I got so much more, i was in san antonio, texas, and all the rental cars were in one area of the airport, which was convenient. i'm not gonna knock any stars off. Because it was expensive, but the cars that were offered to me were all either brand new or very new and spotlessly clean, i toyed with the turro app, but i'm not dealing with amateurs. NO SENIOR DISCOUNT!
