What makes Weather Underground different from other weather apps?

Accurate hyper-local forecasts
Our 270,000+ personal weather stations report the most accurate local weather conditions. The data that we collect from personal weather stations fills in the gaps between the airport weather stations that other weather services rely upon to generate forecasts - meaning our data is generated from actual data points in your neighborhood.

Interactive radar maps & severe weather
The most interactive weather map on mobile allows you to select from different weather overlays including current weather conditions, animated live radar, satellite, weather webcams and severe weather alerts. Ratings and reviews

I LOVE the way this app displays data. The best information presentation of any weather app I've used. The radar function is not calibrated very well. i.e. it might be raining here but the radar shows the rain 2 miles away or vise versa. The radar in motion is very jerky. The weather predictions are less reliable than the big guy (sister company) predictions. But whatever you do to the app keep this style interface.

Could be a 5 star app. I really would like to someday do that, but there are just too many persistent bugs that drive me away from it being my favorite. Figure out what is wrong with the radar. Most often, hitting the "play" button gives you one previous frame looped. A sad majority of the time, it just doesn't work, or works painfully slow. Don't say it's my connection speed, because everything else works fine. These are just the glaring issues, limited to 500 char. Fix it, and I'll revise.

When selecting my local city, the 'now' time is hours behind and the 'map in motion' does not display smoothly. SOME selected cities DO show the current conditions, but you have to switch back and forth between cities before getting the current conditions at my location. It's been like this for YEARS now. Fix it. (Yes, I've cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled your app. This is a YOU thing, NOT a me thing.)
