app connects, then disconnects, every time, so we barely get images. Have 2 came, same for both. I see no consumer help. phone not the problem, it doesn't turn off any other apps automatically and within minutes every time. I would be happy to contact you via online support but as you can see in the beginning of this review I see no place where there is customer help. so no, I will not be contacting you on online support- where? the whole point was that I could not find support.

worked great at first- great picture in day and night received on 10-4-25 stopped recording video or still images on Oct. 23rd. started again about 3-4 days later & periodically doesn't record. i can walk in front of it, move it etc & nothing, then other times it works. Batteries are sufficient, memory card has 100% available, I walked in front and green light came on, but it didn't capture anything (sent email in October never heard back).

The first set up is a little tricky, but then easy to reconnect. The 120 degree field of view is OK, but 180 would be better. Also, it would be easier to use if it had Wi-Fi connectability in addition to blue tooth. As it is, your smartphone must be in line of sight with the camera to comnect. But the videos are good, and the mounting strap allows it to be mounted on poles or even large diameter trees.
