Tips for using the app

Control over license plates:
After the digital parking ticket has been purchased, you do not have to do anything. The control takes place via the license plate. You will then automatically receive an overview of all your bookings in the app.

By booking with the app, only the exact parking time is paid - not a minute longer.

No vehicle search:
With the integrated map, you can find your way back to your own car at any time without detours - the parking location is saved in the digital parking ticket.

Digital reminder:
The reminder function automatically informs you about the start and end of your parking process.

Ratings and reviews

Easy enough to use, but it took a little time to translate basic things as I was unfamiliar. I think the UI and organization is great, Im only giving 4 stars because theres no option to change the language preferences. For an international city, seems like an easy enough thing to do, especially when its not a complicated service. Having traveled in other countries and used similar apps, this was still the most intuitive even with a marginal language bartier.

Easy Peasy (only if it was in English). I am always running errands for my family and there are many times in which I do not have change to pay for parking and this saves me a lot of time and energy. The ONLY downfall is that the app doesn't give you the option to change the language, especially since Munich is such an international city and packed with tourist and expats from all over the world and the one language we all have in common is English. Thank you.

Very practical to have, very nice, had mostly great experience with it. But i do have one complaint, there happened couple of times when i was using FlexParken that app lost connection and would not connect again for a while (other apps working fine in same time, so its not problem with my internet), resulting in higher bill. For example once i paid 5€ for 1hour 15min park because app kept saying that theres no connection so i could not stop the timer.
