App was basically unusable. Bikes could never unlock, and creating an account was awful. Picking your birth date is required, but you have to use a calendar instead of entering your birthday. This means, to hit the minimum age of 18, you need to hit the button to move the calendar back 216 times. One of the worst interfaces I've ever seen. Just walk

Hello Mr. Hartz, If you click once in the field "year", you will be able to select the year of your choice. Then you can proceed with the month and day. This is the standard Android date dialog. We hope this makes the process easier! Your MVG Rad Team.

BEWARE!! Predatory behaviour... Rent a bike, most of them have gear issues, no way to tell and no way to refund if you get one that's broke. Do your first trip and check everything went fine, then two more trips that day exactly the same and they send you an email in German later that night that they're going to charge you penalties because you missed their stupid "return stations" that don't exist anywhere useful like the tourist attractions. €6 becomes €86. Sent 3x mails, CS ignores you. Scam

Returning MyRadl bikes is only possible at official parking zones, which are shown in the MVGO app with a “P”. After your first ride, you’ll receive an email explaining this, and no fee is charged yet, with a request to return bikes only at stations. We act as an intermediary for Nextbike on behalf of the City of Munich and the MVV.

MyRadl: Bad Experience, but the Idea would be sooo good. 1. The Spots where one should return the bikes ("P") basically never show in the App. 2. In case they do show, the GPS is soo far off, that it always shows that I am next to this spot and never on it -> Constant fear of having to pay 20$ fee 3. Clustered Bikes can't be "unclustered" in the App, to reveal what kind of bikes there are. E.g. I only want to use non-ebikes. I can't see this in the App, unless I physically go there and check..
