App was basically unusable. Bikes could never unlock, and creating an account was awful. Picking your birth date is required, but you have to use a calendar instead of entering your birthday. This means, to hit the minimum age of 18, you need to hit the button to move the calendar back 216 times. One of the worst interfaces I've ever seen. Just walk

Hello Mr. Hartz, If you click once in the field "year", you will be able to select the year of your choice. Then you can proceed with the month and day. This is the standard Android date dialog. We hope this makes the process easier! Your MVG Rad Team.

With the most recent update, it stopped showing the most relevant means of transport in the time window most relevant to you, even though that transport is still available. For example, if I want to get somewhere by U-Bahn, it would not show me any trains for the next 30 mins, even though they are going, it would show only the ones that ran way earlier or will run after those 30 mins. This happens to other means of transport too. Please fix this bug asap. Otherwise, the app is great

Why not adding a button where people can give direct feedback on a connection. Like "didn't show up", "dirty", "super friendly",..? not saying you immediately have to act based on the comments but it might help get problems through to you.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Das ist eine sehr gute Idee und ist tatsächlich schon in die Roadmap eingeplant.
