Ratings and reviews

App was basically unusable. Bikes could never unlock, and creating an account was awful. Picking your birth date is required, but you have to use a calendar instead of entering your birthday. This means, to hit the minimum age of 18, you need to hit the button to move the calendar back 216 times. One of the worst interfaces I've ever seen. Just walk

New MyRadl is worse than the old bikes and this app is 50% the problem. The stations are not marked in the app on the map and are very difficult to find on the streets as there are no physical markings. Terrible user experience and zero flexibility. Old bikes were very bad but at least one could drop them off anywhere and call the support if they didn't lock. The new customer service has much longer wait times so one is stuck on the phone for 15 mins to lock the bike.

Pretty bad and not transparent. it's very difficult to see where one could return the bike. even returning it to a station was not clear. also, one does not get any notice that one parks the bike outside of tiny parking zones, and bang: 20€ service fee...

What’s new

• MyRadl: You can now rent up to 4 bikes at the same time with one account, including pausing and reservations. The service fee will be waived if you immediately re-rent a bike that was parked outside a designated return zone and then return it to an official return zone.

• Live Mode: Tap “Start” in the journey details and keep track of your current public transport journey on your lock screen.

• Public transport alerts and schedule changes are now available in English.
