App was basically unusable. Bikes could never unlock, and creating an account was awful. Picking your birth date is required, but you have to use a calendar instead of entering your birthday. This means, to hit the minimum age of 18, you need to hit the button to move the calendar back 216 times. One of the worst interfaces I've ever seen. Just walk

Hello Mr. Hartz, If you click once in the field "year", you will be able to select the year of your choice. Then you can proceed with the month and day. This is the standard Android date dialog. We hope this makes the process easier! Your MVG Rad Team.

Terrible - took my money for nothing. It said there was a problem with my account and "blocked" a ticket purchase. Apparently an email would be sent to help me resolve the issue. No email was sent (not even in my spam). I needed a ticket there and then, so I tried logging out and in again on the app and attempted to purchase a ticket for a second time. Again, this was blocked. But to my delight and joy, they'd charged me for both transactions and not given me any tickets!

The app feels clunky and not responsive to use. Favorite destinations can't be custom sorted. Also when searching for a trip suggested stops based on current location would be nice. Typing out half of a stations name in a hurry can be quite frustrating, especially since loading times are bad and there is zero tolerance for typos. update oct. 25: route finding is currenty extremely bad especially during night times in western munich. app is pretty much useless at this point.
