Has a "remember me" checkbox that doesn't work and you have to enter your credentials every time. Which wouldn't be a huge deal except when you tap the places to enter your username or password they don't respond about 80% of the time. Meaning you have to keep tapping in slightly different areas over and over just to use the app at all. The info available on the app is super limited. If you need help you have to call (email auto replies with just the #) and the hold time is always over 45 min.

For a few weeks now, the app is not allowing me to type in my username. No cursor, no keyboard pops up. I've deleted and reinstalled it, but it's still the same situation. What's the point if I have to use the internet⁉️ It would be nice to see a graph indicating performance results for the past month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. Like other investments

Great if you don't want to be bothered with the option of getting a lot of important information. Some buttons don't work, like the "Year to Date" performance one. You can put in specific dates but I learned that for January of 2024 there was no information available about my account for the entire month. I hope the balance it lists is accurate, but I don't know why I should assume it is. I updated today before logging in. This is NOT about a prior version.
