Denmarks worst streamingservice by far. Buffering, pixeling and crashes multiple times per hour. Support is nonexistant and will just tell you the problem is at your side. DR, netflix, hbo, f1 and NFL gamepass working fine. So, truth is the system cannot support their users at all. Problem is they dont care since they have a monopoly in denmark. Price is also riduculous. Tv2play is a complete scam.

We pay for it via our cable TV premium package, but it doesn't work on our TV, a SAMSUNG, and no support to fix it

When watching shows, pausing them and locking the phone without closing the app results in that it's not possible to play any video again on the phone. It might sound weird but all apps that use videos don't work (FB, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube etc) and the TV2 app just spins the loading icon when trying to play something. This has happened 3 times now and I need to restart the device to use the app and for the phone to work normally again.
