If I say it honestly, this app is a complete fraud, rubbish. If you keep relying on it, you will keep paying fine. The Government does not pay attention to any other thing, but if there is even a minute delay in taking the ticket, they forcibly take a fine. There was an issue due to which I should have got a refund, I complained to you clearly but nothing happened from your side.

my payment of metro failed 2 times after that both the time payment was deducted from my account they say that payment will be refunded within 48 hours but I didn't get my money back. I also reported this issue on charter help desk but no reply from the team don't use this app it's happening multiple times.

I booked a metro ticket multiple times using the Charter app. The payment was successfully deducted each time, but I did not receive the ticket. This issue has caused a lot of inconvenience. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.
