Really a good app ..wide range of collections for our little ones, also user friendly.... I have purchased more than 10 items till now but hardly had any defects... once I received a product without a tag but found no damage or anything, also its price value is not too high to compare with other apps and shops. So I'm going to keep this app for future purchases.

I'm extremely disappointed with the pickup service provided by Hopscotch. It's been 10 days since I raised a return request for a dress worth ₹3000, yet the item has still not been picked up. The assigned courier partner, Shadowfax, has been falsely updating the status, claiming that the customer was unavailable for pickup, which is completely untrue. I've contacted Hopscotch customer care 3–4 times regarding this issue, but there has been no resolution so far. This level of service is unaccept

The items stored in the bag, gets erased by the time I go through the complete catalogue. Eventually, could order only 2 items because I did not want to waste more time in the selection and start the selection process again
