Ratings and reviews

I have been using slice since a year and half. It was smooth and user friendly. However, since one month ago , when I try to login to my account an error pop up "Something went wrong" and I'm not able to login to my account neither repayment or borrow. I have raised concerns multiple times but no action was taken. Now the deadlines for my repayment is due and I'm trying to contact the support team to send me a repayment link to my email since 3hrs , no answer from customer support to my calls.

Everything was going well. I've been using this since February 2025, it's been really helpful... I've been paying all my loans on time after payment every time the purchase power reopens, but after paying this month's loan before time the purchase power is still showing zero... Tried contacting their customer service but no solution from their side.

I have been using Slice for a few months now and it has become my favourite banking app, it's UI is so smooth and easy to navigate without any hassle. So far I have faced just a couple of technical issues which were promptly dealt with by customer service whom I found to be easy to reach and helpful and issues were resolved within a day. If anyone is looking for a secondary bank for UPI payments then you can trust Slice.
