KFC PWD branch is the worst branch ever. The order is never fresh, nor does it arrive on time. They always just try to get rid of it quickly. I always have to return it. There are also trimming issues, they send the order very late, and it’s always cold.

placed an order with KFC and was made to wait for 1.5 hours. After such a long and frustrating wait, my order was cancelled with the excuse that they don’t have sauces available. If you don’t have basic items, why accept the order in the first place? This shows zero professionalism, poor management, and complete disrespect for customers’ time. No apology, no proper explanation just wasted time and disappointment. This is one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had.

order tracking is so poor, needs to work on that, first they take ages to confirm the order then the waiting time is huge, i have ordered from different locations but each time it has taken hours for the rider to show up
