Ratings and reviews

They charge you for the full ride when you miss it even when it's completely the driver's fault. Happened to me 2 times, both of which were the drivers' faults. One of them didn't show up and didn't answer his phone while the other one left early even after my prior confirmation. Find another way to travel.

Edit: problem solved through email conversations but 4 stars as this should be automatically programmed in the app without having to reach customer service out Can't even sign in. It say enter phone no. Then say phone number is linked to Facebook account so sign with fb instead. When you Truy to sign in it says the developer didn't pay for fb.

The worst app I have ever used ! My trip got cancelled for the second time !!! The app is not working it shows a comment " something went wrong try again later" ... so the trip details didn't appear! The driver didn't contact me and I sent multiple emails and no response!!! I literally My trip is from city to city and now I don't know what to do!
