Whole company is honestly useless. Ordered a digital gift card. It is not instant like all other companies, which it doesnt tell you. Person on phone told me it would be processed within a few hours. So I waited around in store so I could pay for my items. When it was finally through and tried to pay instore it didn't work. Rang back, can't use it in the first 24 hours. Which is not only ridiculous but they didn't tell me this on the first phone call so I waited in store for ages for no reason.

I have never had an issue with this app since it's lauch I received an email to upgrade the app. I proceeded to do so, but it wouldn't recognise my password or MYER one number. Tried 3 times at intermittent times throughout the day I gave up in the end after trying again thing today with no outcome. OR is this a scam 🤔

So far, so good. The app has not faltered yet. Everything has worked well, from ordering online to receiving discounted deals and receiving the rewards. You can even keep track of your purchases / spending (but it does take 24 hours to update).
