i have been a Myer one customer for a long time. i like to buy online and check out sales and look for items on line. The old app worked just fine. login in and out easily. at home, or in the store. this new up doesnt work. simply freezes all the time. and in the store you cant even use your myer one card as it never opens. many customers are having the same issues. please take a look at it, it needs adjusting!!

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's super slow, issues with viewing the shopping cart to pay as this never works. The app continually freezes, I've uninstalled this and reinstalled but still doesn't work. I have to go to the website to do my purchase but then can't use my reward. This is very frustrating and I would like to know how we're meant to use our rewards. Your website doesn't give you the option to use this. Very disappointing app!

I too have had many probs with the new app. It takes ages to open. I waited for hours and it still said "loading your account". I had a few problems with the old app. In fact, loved it. Now I uninstall and reinstall to get it going again and sign in. I have done this activity several times. Additionally, I have just purchased the latest tech with big gigs so this should not be a problem Fix it palease
