It's great! Level 1 is all on your knees, but if don't right it's hard and it hurts. First time I've done a push up routine where I spend less than 5 minutes and still feel the burn. I feel like this is a 30 day challenge that I can actually do the 30 days without getting bored and moving on to another app. Great job to the developers!

It no longer works after the last update. I open it and it closes after a few seconds and reinstalling it or restarting the device doesn't fix it. I sent an email about this issue last month but didn't receive a response. But I can say, It was a great app. If it's working for everyone else then it's okay, I guess. If the issue gets fixed please let me know and I'll install this app again, thank you.

Used to use this app daily, I liked it's simplicity and targeted chest workouts. BUT their recent increased monetization of it is just awful, completely kills it for me. Too bad!
