The app is simple and easy to use, but strangely enough, in order to get discounts on favorite products, the discount must be activated every week. This cannot be done automatically, and the result is that often I don't get the discount I deserve because I forgot to "activate" it. The only ones who benefit from this "activation" system is Rema, not the costumers.

The reason you need to activate the discounts is simply because we want customers to see their Personal Discounts. Once you have checked them, they are activated. :)

[Update (23/05) the issue is still there!] App stopped to work after the update in April. It's impossible to login. It crashed the moment I start to type my phone number before. Now, it crashes 2 sec after I click "login". Even before I do anything else. The app on Apple device works fine.

Why you have removed the list of items purchased. Before I donot need to take paper receipt. I donot appreciate this new update. I want that feature back. Those who don't want to see the list... Don't do the scan... We only scan to get the list. Please update your old feature. Have u done any survey before removing this feature?? I am very dissatisfied with this upgrade version.

Vi har midlertidig valgt å fjerne noe av handlehistorikken i Æ, som hvor og hva du har handlet. Dette gjør vi for å bedre ivareta brukernes personvern frem til vi finner en god løsning til å verifisere kontonumre i Æ. Priskuttene dine registreres som normalt.
