I work extensively on the National NCD app as a healthcare worker, and I have noticed several issues that need urgent attention. The app crashes frequently, especially when trying to go back after opening a beneficiary’s ID. It forces us to close and reopen the app multiple times, which wastes time and affects productivity. 3rd class app .. not working properly.. when doing work on this app, suddenly off this app and automatically logout in this app.... worthless app. and during sync data very much time consuming ..
