So who's the brainless app developer who came up with the brilliant idea of the App Key system on this App? Once you reach the part that says, 'activate appkey', there's no click or scroll option that you can press and you're left with nothing to go on. Just brilliant. What a waste of time! You should have tested this before putting it out!

It's just really frustrating when you are trying to transfer money to a different bank and you cannot receive any OTP's at all. No matter how many times you resend it to get a code, nothing is happening. I tried clearing the cache and data, and it was still the same. I had a good signal reception. I uninstalled and reinstalled it again, but still the same shooot I'm really frustrated with your app, Please do better. You're already behind with other digital banking applications periodt.

What a waste of time for an upgrade. At least try to test the app before launching! Very inconvenient 😤 -Edit: thanks for calling, but next time please allow us opt in first if we want to discuss over the phone or not. Btw, just like the other comments here, I tried logging in to the new app and I did not receive the OTP to validate my account. Edit: it's getting better
