Ratings and reviews

App UX is awful. Not intuitive, you are required to make meal reservations through it and cannot. It times out leaving you contacting the front desk or just hoping for the best, which isn't a great strategy in a place filled with children. Information is lacking. I ended up wasting money on tickets already included in our purchase.

We had a very happy day here, lots of stuff for all ages. The staff were all very helpful. perhaps some more shaded areas or umbrellas would be desirable.

Has potential but needs work. Confusing to navigate. If you can find the wait times on the rides thats very helpful.
