About this app

We are a governmental institution, established in 1926 Saudi Post provides a variety of logistical and postal services, and we have been working on an ambitious plan to build a system of multiple networks, establish a unified national address system and provide a package of individually tailored postal services based on that logistics. We enable e-governmental programs and e-commerce applications through partnerships with institutions in the public and private sectors, develop e-governmental transactions and facilitate e-commerce exchanges.

- SPL Online: Providing a channel through which the user can perform many e-services easily and conveniently, such as viewing bills, subscribing to Alami and Awfar and many more. SPL Online will continuously serve you to ensure easy access to all Postal services.

Ratings and reviews

I cannot recommend them. They scheduled to send my government document on the said date, until now 2 days over! I didn't received the document no one from SPL even text me. This is useless, if there's any choices to choose for other courier, i would have done that! Apps cannot be recommened as well, i cannot even proceed for my complaint, it says my tracking number is not valid. Why would it be not valid when i copied it from your text message you are the one giving me that tracking number!!!!

Overall it's ok, still slow to respond but functional. My issue is with the latest update or something of the sort, i can no longer link a shipment to my account as an error pops up that goes along the lines of "internal exception. Internal error. Invalid object name. 'IntegrationStoreV3.dbo.ErrorDescription'" whenever i click the link shipment button.

application nice and attractive.. but I feel some problem I hope developer solve this 1: I'm android user and I'm download this app from play store.. I need back button because I don't have iphone but as a android phone every people need back button 2: I have two number and this app sync incoming shipping only one number that is very big problem for me 3: app minimize then open again. it's showing no internet connection red error then app not working - that is also big problem
