Ratings and reviews

a little bit quirky experience when selecting food (unable to see meal details, it was automatically added to the checkout, a bit annoying). I wanted several times to switch to Bolt/Wolt, which has a bit more smooth user experience. But otherwise it works well.

This app sends unnecessary amount of promotion notifications which you can't opt-out of. Disabling ALL notifications is not an option as I want to be updated about status of my order. Dear Ringier Axel Springer SK, a.s., your reply does not help. I want to receive notifications about the status of my order, but not to receive notifications about promotions. If this gets implemented, you deserve 5 stars.

I ordered food before 10am and the app was showing me an estimated delivery time for 14:15. I tried to cancel straight to the restaurant, obviously, but the person qorking there said the order will be delivered in fact before 12:00, which turned out to be true. So there is a huge discrepancy and inaccuracy in the delivery time, which will probably stop me from ordering again through the app. otherwise, it's not bad.
