This app starts off amazing, easy to use, good searching based on lots of different filters (for paid) easy to interact with matches. Then for no reason the app partially fails. With gold paid membership, I could see, like, and message others. But in reality the app had removed my profile. I know this because I started chatting with a connection on WhatsApp and she asked "why did I delete my profile"? I told her I hadn't, and in fact was looking at her pictures. Customer Service is non-existent.

Without warning, my account suddenly stopped receiving profile views, likes, matches, and replies to existing conversations. It happened almost overnight, making it seem like my account was restricted or no longer being shown to other users I emailed support on June 27 and, as of July 6, I have not received a single response. I checked my inbox, spam, promotions, and all other folders I like this app and wish to continue using it. I'm simply asking for someone to review my account

I like the concept and the organization of the app, however it seems quite limited (or limiting) for both the free and subscription-based options. I did enjoy having the ability to watch an ad for a free like/viewing of who liked me, but again, it is quite limited as it's one free like. Even apps like Tinder give you much more than that for free. I feel like this app has a lot of potential still, and again, it is a lovely concept.
