Univi does an excellent job of succinctly describing exactly the same issues I experience with my ADHD, and gives concrete, chunkable ways to make things better. Low sensory load for those who are overstimulated. Any sensory visual input is matched well with the verbal and audio tracks. Very harmoniously designed and full of info that is easy to digest and implement.

One of the few apps I have kept and used for more than a month. Love the simplicity of the set up. And the ai generated meditation is really helpful (even if I wish I could chose the length) and voice is amazing. Wish that we can chose between either a to-do list or a time we do things (like add a time for work or doc appointment instead of adding it like a to-do list) also wish I could set a reminder at a time to do meditation or an activity I need to get done.

I downloaded this app &, in typical adhd fashion, didn't open it for a while. Once I did, I emailed the company for a minor issue which was responded to & resolved *within hours* (amazing!). The mini cbt-based lessons are the perfect length for me & are succinct enough to incorporate daily. I appreciate the summaries in the toolkit, bc you know, forgetfulness & all lol. The meditations are helpful, but it's difficult to sit still. I haven't used the planner aspect yet. Great job to the devs!
