Do your banking anywhere and at any time with the Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking app. Check your balances, schedule payments, pay bills on the go, and use PayID to send and receive money using a mobile phone number or email address instead of remembering a BSB and account number.

Getting started
Download the app and click the “Register” button on the login page.

Alternatively, you can register online at www.greatsouthernbank.com.au/ob-register, call us on 133 282 or drop into your local branch.

If you’re already registered for digital banking, simply download the Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking app and you’re ready to go. The first time you log in you’ll need your existing Great Southern Bank customer number and password. After that, you can save your details securely.

Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking provides the same high level of protection as our online banking service. To stay secure, we recommend that you:
• Keep your password and customer number secret
• Always log out once you’ve finished your banking

Remember, we will never send you emails, SMS messages, or call you to ask for personal information such as your customer number or password. If you receive any suspicious communications, do not respond or click on any hyperlink or attachment included in the message, as it could be an attempt to obtain your personal information or fraudulently access your account. If you’re in doubt, please call us immediately on 133 282.

If you have accidently revealed any personal banking information, please change your password immediately and contact us on 133 282.

The app is garbage the amount of time it's not working is more than it works. Seriously sort it out it's been more than six months and every second log in "is experiencing issues" its utterly ridiculous at this point. Edit Yeah that ain't it chief you know the app needs work. The constant "we're experiencing issues" happens all the time regardless of whether it's been in the background or freshly opened.

If you do not close our app and leave the app in the background after usage, the login page will have an error that comes up when either reopening the app due to timing out. it's a good app but they made weird choices like limiting the boost to 5$ which makes it useless for anyone trying to leave UP who is using UPs max amount ($10). we would effectively have to manually transfer $5 every time we make a purchase to keep the same rate of boost savings (which obviously we aren't going to do lol). please make the boost option more flexible with rounding up to the nearest dollar and increase boosting up to at least $10 (up to 20 would be amazing).

This app works most of the the time but plays up alot like can't login to account. Nov 2025 . After logging in a couple of times when go to login again and the app is just buffing. new update today so maybe fixed I need to check
