This was my fav apps to shop until one day I order many stuff (more than 7 items) and it only arrived 3 items. They dont have any pictures when all groceries packed inside the carton boxes, so if customer not really care (or prob forget) or if you purchase items for gifts, you may not notice that your orders not completed. They did send back the money tho, once i report it.

It took a while (~3 weeks) but I finally got a refund on a product I bought from a misleading listing. A lot happier now, but there should be a crackdown on listings which aren't technically in violation of platform guidelines but are willfully attempting to mislead customers.

Worst ecomm in Indonesia, Totally rubbish for its internal coordination. I've tried it once and instantly regret it. Made a purchase and fully paid. Ready to pick since Apr 30th, waited for 4days and item wasn't picked by JNE from seller yet. Sent some complaints to blibli, but didn't got any solution. Poor internal coordination and even til now they stilll not giving any resolution, refund or even courier pickup rescheduling. Edit 1: the reply is an example of ignored "sent some complaints"
