I have used JustBilling on Windows and Android for 2 years, every day 7 hours, bought the lifetime license (worst mistake of my life) Their Backoffice is fine, inventory etc is fine but their billing (which is the most important part) is stupid, shortcuts takes more time than doing with mouse cursor. In windows application if you are working and checking customers advanced/due and oh my god it's pointless, press back button and you are on dashboard, many things are stupid.

I paid for the software. I used it for a month but couldn't use it properly even after doing training which the company people rushed Without explaining everything properly. When we see the subscription page they show how many days remaining for the year. So after having a tough time understanding how to use the software, I asked for a refund. I told them to charge me for the days I have used their software. It seems fair because I was having problems with the UX of the software. So it is fair to charge me for the days I have used the Software. Because they are counting the days that I have left. So I Called the company but they were outright with their answer. NO ABSOLUTELY NO. One thing Indian companies lack is good relationship with the customer. I had a problem. I didn't ask for the whole refund because I have used their software. Since I was having a problem I simply asked to refund the days I have not used the software, but they don't care. Once you pay then finished. Customer satisfaction should be your focus.
