App crashes when I try to view any personal medical information. The previous version wasn't great, but at least I had access to what I needed. This one is just completely broken. Note: The iOS app seems to work fine. I don't think the developers are too concerned with their patients using Android. Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to fix.

I have a bill that Advent Health will not allow me to pay. I've used the website on 2 devices and have used both wifi and cellular networks and I get "Oops Something went wrong. We are working to fix this" EVERY. DMAN. TIME. I called and was told they were unaware of any problem with the usual corporate BS answers. I tried again. It still failed. I download the G-D- app and the process STILL FAILS. Someone needs fired.

This app is good for some things, but I don't find it as useful as the patient portal on the web. For example, the app does not allow me to see past bills, and the prescription information is hidden under health data rather than right on the home page. Works well with messages, but so does the portal. Update : as of 8/5 the app will not open, only receive an error message that the app keeps stopping. Have uninstalled.
