Very poor online service. Very disappointed. After a selection of products payment and confirmation is done successfully but later next day AE is cancelled the 2 items from my order and aura points which is redeemed during payment is also cancelled.

1star for customer service. It's hard to reach the customer care centre. Agets in customer care centere can't understand our problem😡👎👎. I tried to place an order on COD, but it's sending a verification code to my registered phone number, which I never get code. After trying more than 10 times, I paid by card. The app took orders in seconds without asking for a verification code 🤣🤣🤣. If you're comfortable with online payment, then don't mention COD. QUALITY is good, that's made me order 😌

I like AE, but the problem is that I have uninstalled and installed the app several times, but the pictures of clothes or anything still don't show up.
