Ratings and reviews

If I could give it a zero I would. It fails to connect 95% of the time! I have the 6L. When you do need it, it won't work. Not able to connect the Omron evolv monitor either which I purchase specifically because it was supposed to be compatible with the app. More frustrating than it's worth. 2024 update: FYI, nothing got resolved previously. Heart issues started up again in 2024 and do you think I can get the dang thing to work when it's needed? Fat nope. As far as I'm concerned it's garbage.

Annoying to have to hit 3 buttons before doing the #1 purpose of a quick test. Then confirm it's me every single time. Can't believe there is no fast widget to do exactly what is needed. Allow screenshots. Export better. Export into excel. Stop asking anything. Let us decide the main opening page as test or history. App is meh. Could be a lot better.

Unnecessarily complex. The constant need to dismiss multiple screens before I can even use the $130 device that I've purchased gets old extremely quickly. I understand that you have a product to sell. I don't mind that you display a screen when the app is started. Multiple screens every time you do anything is just a terrible user experience.
