Ratings and reviews

It was OK but constant errors, connection issues or login issues for past few weeks (since last update). Now an entirely pointless app. 1/12/23 - yet another app update that has made things worse. now can't log in at all with the magic link approach. just do one. Aug24- Constantine stick on "connecting, allow 2mins"...never works, there needs to be a force reset it stops option as 2mins is never 2mins before being able to try again.

Uber discount is a scam as they charged me £40 for what ? (According to Uber the offer for £750 charging credit over 3 months £250/m with no subscription fee and charging at discounted rate thereafter) they don't even know what the£40 for, their customer service is only polite, useless despite so many calls and emails trying to sort out Uber credit . Now card doesn't work even though I set up the direct debit again. just false promises for getting back with resolution , never happened.

This app is badly designed, I only downloaded this app because the charger wouldn't accept credit cards. Then I had to top up with a fixed amount of money, this is ridiculous! What petrol station or any other institution expects you to pay a fixed amount of money in advance? Also the app is not well designed not showing extent of charge. Will not use it again.
