I really wanna use this app as this is a much better experience than usually the official tesla app. One annoying thing that bugs me a lot is, every couple of days my phone key will NOT work. I tried to restart bluetooth and reconnecting the phone key but nothing works. Bluetooth work just fine, able to use all the functions like locking/unlocking door, play music, etc. I have unistalled tessie for almost a month now. I have not had one problem with the phone key. PLEASE fix!!! Ty!!!

Great app and great support. The ability to track charging costs at unique locations (tags in the app) is very handy. Additionally, I'm happy it gives a real world estimate on range vs EPA; also, battery percentage is still easily found without having to change settings. I'm excited to explore the additional features. I must also add that the support is great. The team genuinely cares that you have a good experience with their product, and offers helpful and friendly support.

$5 a month seems steep for an informational app that isnt always accurate. The reporting is super cool. However, it reports different data on wh/mile than the Tesla app. Sometimes by a lot. And on multiple occasions, it didnt register drives. Instead they shows up as the car being idle and having phantom drain. The hidden recommendation menu under settings is useful, but again, the accuracy of the data can be questionable.

Hey Ahmed! The in-car Wh/mi excludes some factors so it displays less than the true amount. If drives are missing it means the car didn't send the data to Tesla, a known firmware bug, which you can fix by restarting the car: hold both scroll buttons until the screen turns off.
