Ratings and reviews

Works very well with one small bug. When the app opens, connects to the door on wifi, switches to Bluetooth, the red circle you tap to unlock it is unresponsive. The workaround is to change tabs, then change back, and it connects, switches to BT, and works properly. I will change to 5 stars if this is fixed.

I've been using the app for years. It's been good but frequently needs resetting. Sometimes it makes me unlock my phone multiple times. I'd recommend it because the hardware is fantastic, but if you ever need to open your door with any real urgency, look elsewhere or keep your key handy. Edit for devs: I suspect jumping to wifi too quickly is a factor due to my home layout; having a manual option for switching between wifi and BT would be nice, it tries the jump when STILL well in BT range.

This app only works 50% of the time. Whenever I open up the app to lock my door or unlock it, it doesn't even recognize when I touch the screen. This app is a POS. The lock itself whenever it unlocks doesn't even recognize that it unlocked it and still says it's locked Even though I've placed the sensor in the correct position that it should be. Edit: now it just doesn't work. I have had to go back to using keys.
