I thought the whole point of the app is that the app will calculate fare to avoid taxi driver scams. However, at the end the driver puts in the fare manually, which defeated the whole purpose. My drive insisted on putting in more than whats shown on the meter. It was just like 2 euros more so I didn't bother arguing but the app is pointless if it allows the driver to enter the final fare

Worst service ever !!! I have pre-ordered Taxi for the next morning and there was no car, when I called to phone of the company and they tell my that they don't guarantee the time of reservation. And after 10 min they tell that the car is not coming if I want to wait more!!!! My booking was for central Bus station, I missed my bus.... AND THIS IS ONLY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CALL IF THERE IS NO CAR , I NEEDED TO CALL AND WAIST TIME. DON'T ORDER EVER !!!!

After scheduling an electric car for an early morning ride to catch an international bus, at the time the car was supposed to have arrived I received a phone call from an operator that there is no electric car available. When I pointed out that the whole concept of ordering a car in advance is so that they can organize and provide it on time, the operator became as rude as they get and said she'll reroute the order to the available regular cars. No one picked it up and we nearly missed our bus.
