Beanstack helps schools, libraries, and families bring the fun back to reading with reading challenges, easy tracking, and insightful data.

We invite students, families, and readers of all ages to a world of reading inspiration and motivation. You can create profiles for everyone in your family within a single library or Beanstack Go account, or you can use SSO to sign in to any of your students’ school accounts and swiftly toggle between them. Beanstack helps you grow your reading habits together, while also logging and tracking reading progress individually. We never sell your data or use it to show you ads, so Beanstack is safe for everyone.

Update: after the update to the app, it is possible to change between library accounts without having to re-log in. Handy way to track reading with local libraries that are using it for trading challenges and summer reading. fixed: However, the app does not keep multiple accounts. I have to keep logging into each library account and trying to log into the second while the first is logged in gets both accounts logged out with "Something went wrong". Rather frustrating to keep fighting.

*edited after app update* The app was very buggy but most issues have been fixed. There was an issue with the "Done" button glitching when logging sessions, but that seems mostly fixed. I use to enter the same reading session over and over only to look at my log and see it isnt saving, especially if i was back dating it. (I read at night) This happens way less frequently now and if it starts I can log it for today the edit the date.

App is very glitchy. Every time I attempt to log a reading session, it constantly glitches for at least a min with the screen flashing continuously and frozen. This happens daily and for each child's log. If the school and library wasn't using this for the summer reading challenge, I would've deleted it on Day 1. Its not very user friendly and it requires you to log in what book you're reading and it doesn't recognize most of my son's books even if I input the ISBN. The app needs a lot of work.
