Ratings and reviews

This is a really good wallet, when we're talking about appearance and the ease at which you can navigate through it's interface. It makes it easier for you to transact tokens, coins, NFTs and other crypto currencies. But where it falls short based on my experience is the unreliability. It makes everything seem seemless and all but underneath, it's really not what it seems. Ever since I downloaded this wallet, I have never made a successful transaction to an external wallet before

I just updated the bitget app today, sept 29, 2024, and clicked on the receive icon in the app and the app is telling me that "Your app is outdated; this feature is not supported. Please upgrade to the latest app version and try again" but I just updated and there is no more update option here in the play store. I even went to "About Bitget" and clicked on "Version" and it said "Up to date" I'm in the middle of a transaction and need urgent help.

Honestly this is one of the best wallet I've used and it hasn't failed me before. But this current version has a bug and won't connect to any website or app. It just shows blank as it's trying to connect and gives you the message that it's connected when it isn't 🤷🏾‍♂️. Please fix this issue 💯
