poorly designed, painful to use. although you can download titles you borrow, the app will still randomly log you out, requiring an internet connection to access the book you just downloaded. If you happen to be somewhere without an internet connection, you are barred from accessing the content until you reconnect. there is no benefit to locking content behind a wall, since almost all media can be found elsewhere on the internet for free and without the hassle of a garbage app blocking you

"Surely all these bad reviews are exaggerated," I thought as I installed this to listen to an audiobook. It is that bad, worse even. The 2.9 average is far too high for an app that lacks so many basic features that it barely exists at all. The UI is basically non-existent. Zero design went into it. There is no progress indicator in audiobooks except for chapters. Pausing from outside of the app causes it think you're "offline" and won't resume. There are random pauses, occasional jumping around.

This app stinks. My library went from Axis 360 to this and nothing transferred like it said it would. Nothing saved. Thanks alot for nothing. Update: 5/26/24- I have to re-download the audio book every time I listen to it. Very annoying. Unless I re-download it, it doesn't allow me to select the chapter I left off of. 👎🏾👎🏾 This app needs a serious update/bug fix/something.
