The workouts and nutrition tracking are 10/10. The reason for the 4 stars is just that the app is not nearly as great as the program. If you accidentally log something on the wrong date, there's no way to delete an entry (and not intuitive to log a workout on a past day). You can't manually log cardio as a specific type - like, swimming for example. Within the workouts, having alternate moves throughout, and better weight/rep tracking with opting for an alternate move would be helpful.

Still glitches, but I do love the content I occasionally have to uninstall and reinstall, the video will stop and exit off of the workout if I go to text someone or something...which is weird because it didn't used to be like that years ago.. Maybe it's a glitch in an update? Update: still having the SAME issues if not even more since 2019 I can't justify paying for an app that I can't use. I've reinstalled the app 4 times just today alone.

I've been using this app for years. The amount of programs alone is worth it. The improvements that have been made keep making this app easier to use. Then there is the access to a nutritional (macro) counter and ability to message a nutritionalist and physical therapist. Fit Body has been especially useful for my pregnancies and postpartum fitness goals.
