I really love this app.. it's perfect and I'd say Resonibly priced. I love the programs and that you can customise to your needs and time and target areas. The reason I gave 4 stars is I can't delete on the calendar a workout.. I accidentally went into a workout and it counted as a workout it won't let me delete it.. so it says I've done say 2 workouts when I have only done 1. so maybe you can fix that. But everything else is perfect.. 😁👌

I've tried a lot of workout apps and I always end up comparing them to this one. I really enjoyed the HIIT workouts. You could substitute an exercise if you werent feeling it. Also, the descriptions of each exercise were there for you in addition to the video of her doing it. I've started working out in the gym more the last few months and I havent found a program in the app that meshes with equipment use, so unfortunately I've stopped using it. But highly recommend otherwise for HIIT- SO good!!

I'm on day 20 of the beginner fitness program and I don't think I've ever stuck with a fitness program for more than 2 weeks before. I actually look forward to my workout! I don't use the meal plan, but did get ideas from it. My dietary needs are simply too strict (not by choice) for most predetermined plans. My only issue is that my phone crashes if I try loading my music with a workout but I'm good without music. Overall, I love this app and am already noticing good fitness gains!
