Although I'm having a good time working with the psychologist and therapist, the app is incredibly buggy. I can't log in after the first initial log-in. It either gets stuck on a loading screen or I successfully log in and it logs me out and takes me to the log-in screen. Would rate higher but I can't access anything through the app and I have to go onto the website to get anything done.

many features of the app don't work. the drop down menus in accounts don't work, and now that I've enabled biometrics login, it won't let me log in even with the password. this app is terrible. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled it several times to no avail. it's maddening! please fix or replace this app. logging in with either biometrics or password doesn't work more than it does. it just does the spinning circle thing until it times out. this app is garbage!

My provider is quick to ensure I'm getting my prescriptions on time. My issue is with the billing issues. I have a $30 copay, which gets deducted from my bank immediately after my appointment. Even though my invoices are paid in full, they keep duplicating the invoices and marking them unpaid. I've reached out to their customer service only to be told someone would reach out to me. Still waiting...
